• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Customizable items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mr-rightstores.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or bring back your item(s) in person, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

1. Eligibility:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Process:

• If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Exchanges
